JEC was established in the Cayman Islands in 1984. The firm has expanded to become one of the Island’s leading property consultants employing a highly experienced team of Chartered Surveyors providing services to clients in the private and public sector.
JEC has been engaged in a wide variety of building and engineering projects including: banks, condominium complexes, docks, fire stations, hospitals, hotels, hurricane centres, multi-storey car parks, offices, residential homes, restaurants, schools and colleges, shopping centres and more recently, the Owen Roberts International Airport.
