One practice, the whole life of a building

Most firms do one part of this work. JEC can price a building before it exists, tell you what it is worth once it does, and run it properly for as long as you own it — which means the advice you get at each stage is informed by everything we learned at the last one.

Independent by design

We do not sell property and we do not take a position in the assets we value. Our reports are accepted by banks, courts, government authorities and private investors precisely because we have nothing to gain from the number.

Staffed entirely by qualified professionals

Every valuation, cost plan and management mandate is delivered by chartered professionals — MRICS, AAPI Certified Practising Valuers and members of the Association of Quantity Surveyors — not by administrators working from a template.
