JEC is a small practice doing serious work. That means less hierarchy than a regional firm and a lot more exposure: the person who inspects the property usually writes the report, and the person who costs the project usually sits in the meetings where it gets decided.
What we look for
- Chartered surveyors and RICS Registered Valuers with Caribbean or international experience.
- Quantity surveyors comfortable from first estimate to final account.
- Property managers who can run an AGM and a maintenance budget in the same week.
- Graduates working towards their APC — we support the pathway.
How to apply
There is no form. Send a CV and a short note about the work you want to be doing in three years. If there is a fit we will say so quickly, and if there is not we will tell you that too.
